Our stroke program allows stroke survivors to continue to make cognitive and functional improvements after they are discharged from the hospital.

 

We offer inpatient SNF, outpatient, and home care therapy. Services may include physical therapy, occupational therapy and/or speech therapy to improve functional, physical, and communication skills.
