Occupational Therapy

When illness or injury finds its way into our lives it can be devastating and keep us from doing the things we love.

Occupational Therapy often focuses on helping individuals regain independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, feeding, bathing, grooming, toileting, and home management.

Occupational Therapists also perform home evaluations and train individuals on the use of adaptive devices and compensatory equipment such as grab-bars, bathtub transfer benches,

and commodes to enhance safety.
