Our stroke program allows stroke survivors to continue to make cognitive and functional improvements after they are discharged from the hospital. We offer inpatient SNF, outpatient, and home care therapy. Services may include physical therapy, occupational therapy and/or speech therapy to improve functional, physical, and communication skills.

Certified Hand Therapy
Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs) are highly skilled occupational therapists and physical therapists trained specifically in upper-extremity rehabilitation, including the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.
Certified Lymphedema Treatment
Our specialists are trained in complex decongestive physiotherapy (CDP), and provide skin hygiene, manual lymph drainage, bandaging compression, and therapeutic exercise.
Our therapists are not only general practitioners, rather they are specialists in their field.
